Second Administrative Court of Appeal

The Second Administrative Court of Appeal is a court of appeal in the system of administrative courts of Ukraine and reviews decisions of district administrative courts within the powers defined by the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. The court considers appeals in public law disputes between individuals or legal entities and subjects of government authority.
